IGSF3 is a novel regulator of neuronal morphogenesis that might function through interactions with multiple partners including the tetraspanin TSPAN7. IGSF3 functions as a tumor promoter and induces hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cancer cell growth and invasion by acting through the NF-κB signaling pathways. IGSF3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived IGSF3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
