1. Recombinant Proteins
  2. Complement System
  3. Complement Receptor

Complement receptor, a part of the innate immune system, are membrane-bound receptors belonging to the complement system. Complement receptors make an important link between cellular functions, notably—but not exclusively—between functions of the leukocytes and soluble complement components (C), factors (F), and several related proteins. They also create a strong connection between those parts of the immune system often termed the innate immune system and other parts forming the adaptive immune system. Complement receptors type one (CR1; C3b/C4b receptor; immune adherence receptor; CD35) and type two (CR2; C3d receptor; EBV receptor; CD21) interact with derivatives of C3 (CR1 and CR2) and/or C4 (CR1) in immune complexes (IC).

    Human HEK293
C5AR1 Protein-VLP, Human (HEK293, His) is recommended for animal immunization, ELISA. It is not recommended for receptor-ligand interaction detection and SPR/BLI assay since there are other irrelevant membrane proteins of the host on the VLP envelope, and the receptor-ligand interaction will have strong background interference. High requirements for chips and experimental protocols are needed for SPR/BLI assays. If VLP control is required, it is recommended HY-P701236. Tags can only be detected under denaturing conditions.
