ANGPTL

Angiopoietin-like protein

Angiopoietin-like proteins (ANGPTLs) are identified as proteins structurally similar to angiopoietins, and the ANGPTL family now consists of eight members. ANGPTLs are secretary proteins, and some ANGPTLs are not only angiogenic factors but also proteins with multiple functions such as glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, redox regulation and chronic inflammation.

ANGPTL Isoform Specific Products:

Cat. No. Product Name Effect Purity Chemical Structure
  • HY-P99194
    Evinacumab
    Inhibitor 98.98%
Evinacumab (REGN1500) is a human anti-ANGPTL3 (angiopoietin-like protein 3) monoclonal antibody (IgG4 class antibody). Evinacumab reduces plasma lipids in dyslipidemic mice by blocking ANGPTL3. Evinacumab can be used in studies of homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia (HoFH), refractory hypercholesterolaemia (both familial and non-familial) and severe hypertriglyceridaemia.

  • HY-153497
    Vupanorsen
    Inhibitor
Vupanorsen is an N-acetyl galactosamine-conjugated antisense oligonucleotide that inhibits Angiopoietin-like 3 (ANGPTL3) protein synthesis. Vupanorsen lowers triglycerides and atherogenic lipoproteins.

    DC371739
    Inhibitor
DC371739 is a potent and orally activity PCSK9 inhibitor. DC371739 decreases the mRNA expression of PCSK9 and ANGPTL3. DC371739 decreases the protein expression of PCSK9 and increases the protein expression of LDLR. DC371739 has the potential for the research of hyperlipidemia.

    Vupanorsen sodium
    Inhibitor
Vupanorsen (sodium) is an N-acetyl galactosamine-conjugated antisense oligonucleotide that inhibits Angiopoietin-like 3 (ANGPTL3) protein synthesis. Vupanorsen (sodium) lowers triglycerides and atherogenic lipoproteins.
