Single Gene siRNA Set contains designed 3 siRNAs for each target gene (human, mouse, or rat). This set also comes with a negative control, a positive control, a FAM-labeled negative control. We guarantee that when you purchase Single Gene siRNA Set, then those 3 siRNAs will silence the target mRNA by 70% or more. To qualify for the guarantee, siRNA's must have been transfected at ≥5 nM and mRNA levels detected 48h post transfection (qPCR). Customers must also show > 80% knockdown with a positive control siRNA to demonstrate transfection efficiency. If not, we will synthesize 3 new siRNA sequences for free.
