Anti-CD22-NMS249 is composed of a humanized anti-CD22 antibody Pinatuzumab (HY-P99230), a cleavable linker (Mc-VC-PAB), and a DNA topoisomerase II inhibitor payload PNU-159682 (HY-16700). Anti-CD22-NMS249 can be used for research in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL)[1].

In Vitro

Anti-CD22-NMS249 inhibits the proliferation of NHL cell lines with IC50 values ​​of 0.058 μg/mL, 0.030 μg/mL, 0.0221 μg/mL and 0.010 μg/mL for BJAB.Luc, Granta-519, SuDHL4.Luc and WSU-DLCL2 cells， respectively[1].
