TAT-AKAP79 326-336 inhibits the sensitization of TRPV1 and reduce the overresponse of TRPV1 channels to stimuli caused by the activation of cellular kinases such as protein kinase A (PKA) and protein kinase C (PKC) by inflammatory mediators. TAT-AKAP79 326-336 can be used to study the mechanism of pain transduction and inflammatory hyperalgesia .
