In multiple human melanoma cell lines and in melanoma patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse models, MDM4-targeting ASO-mediated skipping of exon 6 decreased MDM4 abundance, inhibited melanoma growth, and enhanced sensitivity to MAPK-targeting therapeutics.
