HJC0123 reduces the phosphorylation, nuclear translocation and transcriptional activities of STAT3, increases the production of IL-6, inhibits the phosphorylation of Smad2/3 and down-regulates SOCS3. HJC0123 can be used in the study of liver fibrosis .
