Sucrosofate (Sucrose octasulfate) potassium is a sucrose acid that can be used to prepare liposomes to deliver Irinotecan (HY-16562). Irinotecan is an inhibitor of topoisomerase Topo I and is commonly used in colon and rectal cancer research.
