Anticancer agent 195 (10 μM) blocks the ELF3-MED23 interaction, inhibits activity of HER2 promoter and followed phosphorylation of AKT and MAPK[1].
Anticancer agent 195 (10 μM) reveals an anti-proliferative and apoptotic-inducing efficacy in cells NCI-N87, exhibits potency against trastuzumab resistance[1].
