Hao-Fountain syndrome

Definition:

Hao-Fountain syndrome (HAFOUS) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with speech delays, altered behavior, and neurologic anomalies. HAFOUS is caused by mutations in USP7 that encodes deubiquitinating enzyme.
