Definition:

Static Light Scattering is used to obtain information on the molecular weight, size, and shape of particle molecules by measuring the average intensity of scattered light at multiple angles. This method is widely used in the quantitative study of protein aggregation, nanoparticle stability, and intermolecular interactions.
