Sumoylase Activity Assay

Definition:

Sumoylase Activity Assay is used to measure the reversible reaction that forms a covalent bond between the C-terminal glycine (G) of SUMO protein and the target lysine (K) residue, widely applied in the study of SUMOylation modifications.
