Tetraspanin-15

Definition:

Regulates maturation and trafficking of the transmembrane metalloprotease ADAM10. Promotes ADAM10-mediated cleavage of CDH2 (By similarity). Negatively regulates ligand-induced Notch activity probably by regulating ADAM10 activity.
