D-Ala-Gly-Phe-Met-NH2 monoacetate, an opioid peptide, is a potent opiate δ-receptor agonist[1].

In Vivo

D-Ala-Gly-Phe-Met-NH2 monoacetate (7.1 nM and 14.2 nM (0.5 μL); microinjection; male Sprague-Dawley rats) increases ethanol intake in preference to food in the nucleus accumbens (NAc)[1].
