Glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.12) is the target of anti-thymocyte and anti-apoptotic agents. Glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase catalyzes the chain oxidation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide by perhydroxyl radicals[1][2].

This product is recombinantly produced and can be used for enzymatic determination of glycerol and triglycerides after combining with glycerol kinase.

Molecular weight: about 73,600; subunit molecular weight: about 36,800.
pH stability: 6.5 - 10.0, optimum pH 9.0
Km: (90 mM diethylene glycol buffer pH 9.0, 37℃) Glycerol-3-phosphate: 0.119 mM; NAD+: 0.036 mM.

Instructions
Dissolved in ddH2O (25 mg/mL), avoid repeated freezing and thawing, store at 2-8℃ and use within 1 week. Or dissolve in buffer according to specific experimental references.
