In Vitro

HGPRT/TBrHGPRT1-IN-1 inhibition activity is Ki=3 nM (human HGPRT); 10 nM (Pf HGXPRT); 60 nM (Pv HGPRT); 3 nM (TBr HGPRT1); 0.3 μM (Mtb HGPRT); 0.1 μM (Hp XGHPR); 4 μM (Ec XGPRT)[1].
