Abstract

Eptinezumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody to Calcitonin gene like peptide (CGLP) which is used in the prevention of migraine headaches. Eptinezumab is generally well tolerated and has not been associated with serum aminotransferase elevations during therapy or with instances of clinically apparent liver injury.
