MMV667492 exhibited potent anti-Ezrin activity in all biological assays and its compound properties were superior to NSC305787. MMV667492 was able to exhibit morphological defect phenotypes associated with Ezrin inhibition in zebrafish embryos. MMV667492 also showed the ability to inhibit the lung metastasis of osteosarcoma cells that highly expressed Ezrin.
