In Vitro

nAChR modulator-2 (compound 2) inhibits three major pests, the larvae of the banded cucumber beetle Diabrotica balteata, the green peach aphid M. persicae, and the cotton leafworm Spodoptera littoralis,with EC90 values of 200 mg/L, 3.12 mg/L, and 200 mg/L[1].
