Measured by its ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. When 5×10⁴ cells/well are added to ICAM-1 coated plates (12.5 μg/mL,100 μL/well) in the presence of 20 ng/mL PMA, approximately 79.7% will adhere after 1 hour at 37°C.
