Biological Activity

Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-15-dependent proliferation of Mo7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cells. The IC50 for this effect is 0.7659 μg/mL in the presence of 4 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-15, corresponding to a specific activity is 1.31×103 units/mg.
