In Vitro

TMV-IN-1(compound N2) has good therapeutic activity and protective activity against TMV with EC50 values of 70.7 μg/mL and 60.8 μg/mL, respectively[1].
TMV-IN-1 can bind the TMV coat protein (TMV-CP) with Kd value of 0.0427 μM[1].
TMV-IN-1 (5-7days) decreases the increasing rate of malondialdehyde and increases the content of defense enzymes[1].
