Instructions
Soluble in 0.2 M sodium phosphate (pH 7.0, 10 mg/mL), producing clear to turbid solutions. It can also be dissolved in pure water or other buffers according to the specific experiment. The following buffers have been shown not to inhibit urease activity: MES, HEPES and CHES.
