(3R)-7,4’-Dihydrohomoisoflavanone is a natural product with antibacterial activities against S. aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)[1].

In Vitro

(3R)-7,4’-Dihydrohomoisoflavanone shows cytotoxicity against K-562, SMMC-7721, and SGC-7901 cell lines with IC50 values of 15.6 μg/mL, 30.2 μg/mL, and 20.5 μg/mL, respectively[1].
