5-FAM-LL-37 TFA is the TFA salt form of 5-FAM-LL-37 (HY-P5057). 5-FAM-LL-37 TFA is a LL-37 peptide labeled with fluorescein, which retains the antibacterial and immunomodulatory activities of LL-37. 5-FAM-LL-37 TFA binds to the bacterial cell membrane, destroys the integrity of the membrane, and exhibits board-spectrum antibacterial efficacy^[1].
