In Vitro

ADTL-EI1712 shows antiproliferative activity against HL-60, MKN-74 and HeLa cells, with IC50 values of 1.26+0.57, 2.55+0.66, >50 μM, respectively[1].
ADTL-EI1712 (0.5 μM, 24 h) induces regulated cell death accompanied by autophagy in MKN-74 cells[1].
