In Vitro

ALK-IN-33 (Compound EX-10) shows a high efficiency by inducing a full inhibition (max PIN greater than 75) of TGF-β1 mediated alpha-SMA expression, in at least two donors[1].

In Vivo

ALK-IN-33 (Compound EX-10) (10-100 mg/kg; i.g.; once) reduces the phospho SMAD2 levels in a dose dependent fashion in A549 xenograft model in mice[1].
