Description	MSH2 Antibody (YA1774) is a biotin-conjugated non-conjugated IgG antibody, targeting MSH2, with a predicted molecular weight of 105 kDa (observed band size: 105 kDa). MSH2 Antibody (YA1774) can be used for WB experiment in human, rat background.
Background	The locus is frequently mutated in hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer (HNPCC). When cloned, it was discovered to be a human homolog of the E. coli mismatch repair related gene mutS, consistent with the characteristic alterations in microsatellite sequences (RER+ phenotype) found in HNPCC. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for The related gene.
