BB-78485 can inhibit LpxC with an IC50 value of 160 nM[1].
BB-78485 has effect against D21 and D22 (lpxC101) with MICs values of 2 μg/mL and 0.016 μg/mL, respectively[1].
BB-78485 shows predominantly gram-negative activities against members of the Enterobacteriaceae, Serratia marcescens, Morganella morganii, Moraxella catarrhalis, Haemophilus influenzae, and Burkholderia cepacia with MICs values range from 1μg/mL to 32 μg/mL[1].
