Bradanicline hydrochloride  (Synonyms: TC-5619 hydrochloride)

Bradanicline hydrochloride (TC-5619 hydrochloride) is the hydrochloride salt form of Bradanicline (HY-18060). Bradanicline hydrochloride is a selective agonist for α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), with EC₅₀ of 17 nM for human α7 nAChR and K_i of 1.4 nM. Bradanicline hydrochloride is used for the research of cognitive disorders and schizophrenia^[1][2].
