Argyrin F inhibits cell proliferation, migration, invasion and colony formation by partial induction of apoptosis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Argyrin F stabilizes p27kip, up-regulated p21waf1/cip1 and depletes COX2. Argyrin F can be used for the study of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC)[1].
