Biological Activity: Tubulin inhibitor 43 (Compound 29) has significant antitumor activity. Tubulin inhibitor 43 inhibits the proliferation and growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the activity of β-microtubulin, and finally induces apoptosis[1].
