Biological Activity: Mioflazine dihydrochloride is a nucleoside transport inhibitor with sleep-improving activity. Mioflazine dihydrochloride significantly improves cardiac survival after global cardiac ischemia. Mioflazine dihydrochloride reduces the mitochondrial calcium content in guinea-pig. Mioflazine dihydrochloride does not exhibit inotropic effects during induction and nursing[1][2][3][4].
