CCTA-1523 is a potent, selective, reversible and orally active ABCG2 inhibitor. CCTA-1523 shows cytotoxicity. CCTA-1523 shows anticancer activity[1].

In Vitro

CCTA-1523 (0-1000 µM; 72 h) shows cytotoxicity for H460, H460/MX20, HEK293/pcDNA3.1, HEK/R482, HEK/R482G and HEK/R482T cells[1].

In Vivo

CCTA-1523 (75 mg/kg; p.o.; q3d x 6) combined with doxorubicin (HY-15142A) (1.8 mg/kg, i.p., q3d X 6) inhibits tumor growth and increases the survival time in mice[1].
