In Vitro

CDK7-IN-30 (Compound 22) demonstrates potent antiproliferative effects on cancer cells, with IC50 values of 288.0 nM (RS4;11), 174.6 nM (MM.1S), 37.5 nM (Mino), and 168.7 nM (Jeko-1), respectively. Meanwhile, CDK7-IN-30 exhibits weaker inhibitory effects on normal blood cells PBMCs, with an IC50 value of 757.9 nM[1].
CDK7-IN-30 (50-500 nM; 24 h) causes cell cycle arrest in G1/S phase and (100-1000 nM; 48 h) promotes apoptosis in MV4-11 cells[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
