CDK14

CDK14, also named PFTAIREI, is a CDC2-associated serine/threonine protein kinase and can act as an essential regulator of CCNs and cell cycle development. Interestingly, CDK14 can regulate cell cycle progression and cell proliferation by interacting with CCNY that is the regulatory submit of CDK14 and promotes Wnt signaling by mediating cell cycle-dependent low-density-lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6 (LRP6) phosphorylation which is a key regulatory nexus in Wnt/β-catenin pathway.
