Cernuumolide J (TMJ-105) is an JAK2/STAT3 inhibitor. Cernuumolide J induces G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis in HEL leukemia cells by downregulating the phosphorylation of JAK2, STAT3, and Erk, and activating the phosphorylation of JNK and p38 MAPK. Description

Cernuumolide J (TMJ-105) is an JAK2/STAT3 inhibitor.
