In Vitro

CLX-0921 (0.01 M, 0.1 M, 1.0 M, and 10 M) increases glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. CLX-0921 has potent antihyperglycemic activity with low adipogenic potential[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

CLX-0921 (3.1-12.5 mg/kg; oral gavage; once daily; for 19 days) shows dose-dependent antihyperglycemic activity[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
