Description

CW2158 (Compound 13) is a modulator for exportin1 (XPO1) ,which disrupts the chromatin binding, inhibits NFAT transcription factors and activation of T cells[1].

In Vitro

CW2158 (10 nM-10 μM) inhibits the expression of IL-2 (6 h) and viability (24 h) of Jurkat cells[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
