DDO-8958 exhibits low nanomolar inhibitory activity against all BET BD1 bromodomains except for BRDT BD1. DDO-8958 can inhibit the proliferation and migration, induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of tumor cells. DDO-8958 has anti-tumor activity.
