Description

Elinogrel (PRT060128) potassium is a reversible, competitive and orally active P2Y12 antagonist. Elinogrel potassium inhibits thrombosis[1][2].

IC50 & Target[1]

P2Y12 Receptor

In Vivo

Elinogrel (60 mg/kg; p.o.; daily for 3 days) inhibits thrombosis[2].
Elinogrel (1 mg/kg; i.v.) blocks residual thrombotic activity observed in clopidogrel (HY-15283)-treated mice (50 mg/kg p.o., 3 days) in a FeCl3 (HY-Y0266)-induced vascular injury model[2].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model: C57BL/6J mice [2]
Dosage: 60 mg/kg
Administration: P.o.; daily for 3 days

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
