ER-076349 is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization, induces G2-M cell cycle arrest, and disrupts mitotic spindles. ER-076349 inhibits cancer cell growth, and inhibits tumor growth in several human tumor xenografts. ER-076349 is an analog of Halichondrin B[1].

In Vitro

ER-076349 inhibits human cancer cell growth with IC50s of 0.59 nM (MDA-MB-435), 2.4 nM (COLO 205), 7.3 nM (DLD-1), 3.6 nM (DU 145), 1.8 nM (LNCaP), 3.2 nM (LOX ), 2.6 nM (HL-60), 4.0 nM (U937) respectively[1].
