Description

FLT3-ITD-IN-3 (13v), an orally active FLT3-ITD (FLT3 internal tandem duplication) inhibitor, disrupts FLT3 signal transduction and induced G0/G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. FLT3-ITD-IN-3 (13v) is used in the research of acute myeloid leukemia (AML)[1].

In Vitro

FLT3-ITD-IN-3 (13v) potently and selectively inhibits the proliferation of the three FLT3-ITD bearing cell lines MOLM-14, MOLM-13, and MV4-11, with IC50 values of 0.59, 0.14 and 0.41 μM, respectively[1].
FLT3-ITD-IN-3 (13v) strongly suppresses the phosphorylation of FLT3 and STAT5 in a dose-dependent manner[1].
