In Vitro

hCAIX-IN-10 (compound 6i) is a strong inhibitor of hCA IX rather than hCA XII in vitro[1].
hCAIX-IN-10 (0.1 nM-0.1 mM; 6 h) inhibits carbonic anhydrases enzyme activity[1].
