Description

Himbacine ((+)-Himbacine) is a potent antihypertensive agent. Himbacine decreases in both mean blood pressure and heart rate[1].

In Vivo

Himbacine (1-4 mg/kg; i.v.) decreases both mean blood pressure and heart rate in cats[1].

Administration: I.v.
