PBS-T Powder (1 L of 1×) 

PBS-T buffer is widely used as washing buffer in immunoassay experiments such as ELISA and Western Blot, and can also be used for antibody dilution and preparation of blocking solution.

MCE PBS-T Powder (1 L of 1×) consists of NaCl, KCl, Phosphate and Tween 20. Each pouch can be diluted to 1 L 1× PBS-T buffer, in which the concentration of NaCl is 137 mM, the concentration of KCl is 2.7 mM, the concentration of Phosphate is 10 mM and the concentration of Tween 20 is 0.05%. This product provides a convenient way to make PBS-T buffer and eliminates the need to weigh and mix individual components.

Store at room temperature for 3 years.

1. Add 1 pouch of PBS-T Powder into the cleaned beaker, dissolve with 600 mL distilled water under a magnetic stirrer.

2. Add distilled water to the solution in step 1 until the total volume is 1 L. The final solution is 1× PBS-T buffer.

Note: The pH of the 1× PBS-T buffer is 7.4 ± 0.2 @ 25°C.
