EC50: 0.095 ± 0.012 μM (LXRβ) 0.277 ± 0.066 μM (LXRα)[1]

In Vivo

LXRβ agonist-3 (compound 4-13) (BALB/c mice, 50 mg/kg, IP, daily for 15 days) significantly reduces glioblastoma tumor growth[1].
