In Vitro

MEY-003 (10 μM, 30 min) blocks lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) signaling, and reduces LPA1 receptor internalization in HeLa cell[1].
MEY-003 (100 μM, 0-24 h) shows no cytotoxicity effects in HeLa and HEK293 cells[1].
