MRTX-EX185 is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.

The free form of the compound is prone to instability, it is advisable to consider the stable salt form (MRTX-EX185 formic) that retains the same biological activity.
